Environmental Design

CHALLANGE:

• Transform Moscone West for 2,000 attendees for a three day event focused on on engagement, education and training.

• The overall look and feel needed to be on brand but with unique elements to surprise and delight the attendees.

• Develop a partner showcase & expo hall, grab & go snack stations, technology retail center, check-in area, welcome gateways, and a series of breakout room stages and seating configurations.

SOLUTION:

• Each floor of Moscone West was given a different treatment: check-in, retail, and showcase on level 1, tech chats and Info on level 2, with lounge and hands-on stations on level 3.

• Every design decision along the way, from walk-in “wow” moments to carpet layout, was to elevate everything to an Intel standard without creating an overly branded feeling.
