Environmental Design

CHALLANGE:

• Design a unique environment for 1,000 attendees for a one day sales and networking event in each of the 3 Tier 1 cities.

• The overall look and feel needed to be something more than just a standard corporate event environment.

• Develop a Keynote/Kickoff Stage, a central showcase & networking area, grab & go snack stations, check-in areas, welcome gateways, and a series of breakout room stages and seating configurations.

SOLUTION:

• Inspiration was found and integrated from each city giving an overall consistent branded feel but with unique local touches.

• Every design decision along the way, from walk-in “wow” moments to carpet layout, was to elevate everything to a Google standard without creating an overly branded feeling.
